Do you suffer from PTSD and are you ready to put it behind you?

NLP's famous REWIND technique is a fast and effective treatment that can be carried out easily and safely over Zoom.

We are all born with two hardwired fears; the fear of falling and the fear of sudden loud noises. We need these two instinctual fears to keep us safe.

All other fear reactions are learned and because they are learned, they can just as easily be unlearned.

Using a combination of very effective techniques it is possible to fetch the first, worst, and most recent memory of a PTSD event, remove the emotion, and put the memory safely back. The next time the memory is retrieved, it will not trigger the same old emotional response.

As well as treating the memories, we can also reset the response pattern in the brain.

Using this very effective combination of techniques we can treat PTSD in three one-hour sessions. In the first session, we RELAX and empty the stress bucket. In the second session, we REWIND to dissolve the emotional component. In the third session, we REFRAME to change the way we feel about a situation/event.

Results are predictable, safe, and fast!

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental disturbance; an anxiety disorder. it's a condition that might develop following a terrifying event. Often individuals with PTSD have persistent thoughts and memories of this event which might manifest physically in unwanted behavior patterns like alcohol or drug abuse; OCD or eating disorders or may end up in repeated panic attacks or other physical symptoms or ailments and sometimes ends up in depression.

PTSD may result from many sorts of traumatic incidents including violent attacks, mugging, rape, torture, terrorism, being held captive, maltreatment, serious accidents, a serious fearful experience, and natural disasters. The trigger event may be something that threatened the person’s life or the life of someone very near them, or it may be something that they had witnessed, like death and destruction from a plane crash, bombing, or building devastation. The perception of the event being life-threatening could also be real or imagined although the results are identical.

Some individuals with PTSD repeatedly relive their trauma through dreams, nightmares, and disturbing memories throughout the day. They will also experience sleep problems, feel alienated from reality, or easily startled. Other behaviors they'll experience include the inability to show affection; have difficulty maintaining an interest in things they used to enjoy; or they'll feel irritable, more aggressive, and even violent.

Memories of the trauma are often very distressing for them and may lead them to avoid certain places or situations that bring back those memories. Anniversaries of the event are often difficult furthermore.

PTSD affects approximately 6% of the population and it can occur at any time, including childhood.
